At KeyLine Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

SECTION 1 — RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

SECTION 2 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products damaged through misuse

SECTION 3 — REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

SECTION 4 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos or videos showing the issue

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

SECTION 5 — RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

SECTION 6 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
